Boy Oh Boy where to start! After agreeing to a deal and processing my paperwork the dealerships decide to stop selling me the car (In the middle of getting my paperwork prepared to finance the vehicle). Stating that someone else willing to pay more for the vehicle and refused to sell me the car. I was there for 2 days trying to buy the car but for some reason was taking there sweet time. I used to prefer this dealership over all in the area, not anymore this place is not to be trusted.
Julian was amazingly professional and on point and a great car salesman! He cleaned my malibu himself (detail had left for the day) and he didn't just clean it, he Cadillac cleaned it!! I'd recommend them to everyone! Great experience there all great guys (gals) !!
After having a terrible experience at a chevy dealership in Arcadia we came here to look at a truck. Unfortunately it turned out the truck we wanted to see had a bad mechanical issue but they offered to show us a comparable one they had on the lot. Everyone we talked with was nice and truly honest about everything. We ended up purchasing the truck and I will definitely come back when it's time to buy another vehicle.
