I saw a 2016 dodge challenger on their website, I called they sent a buyers order asap being that i lived in TALLAHASSEE. They even negotiated the price, although it was already good enough! On top of all that they delivered the car to Tallahassee into our front yard. If i was to ever buy a car, i would definitely buy from Harbor Nissan. Amazing staff especially steven, and cars are very good and well taken care of, far from lemon cars!!! I would recommend this dealership over and over !!
Came in extremely stressed out after having several bad experiences in the Orlando area with dealerships after the hurricane, and insurance headaches. Was well worth the drive and the team was very easy to do business with, and actually understanding. Travis went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable making the effort to come down. I am happy I made the trip and cannot recommend them more highly. It was a very smooth experience and I will be back in the future for any new car needs.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I needed two fobs programmed for my Titan & new keys cut. They finished the job quickly & showed me that they worked just fine. Very reasonable price compared to dealers in the area. I'll be bringing my Titan to this dealership for all maintenance I need done.
I have had so many bad experiences with dealerships over the past few years that have left me with a bad taste in my mouth for dealerships in general. It was a wonderful change to finally find people who aren’t rude and actually help. I had all new tires put on my armada and an oil change completed. I was already down to one vehicle with other troubles. They have a shuttle service that dropped me off at my home and then picked me up after the service was complete. Matt Cline was very professional and courteous. I very much appreciated his help and professionalism. Gerry was also great as the shuttle driver and understanding of my children and their school pick up. I will continue to come here and recommend to my fellow Nissan owners that they visit as well. Thank you for not being like the other dealerships, uncaring and ripping people off.
Mark was great, he listened to what I wanted in my car and worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay per month. Everyone was so supportive and the customer service is outstanding. I will always lease my cars from Harbor Nissan. They went over and above what anyone would do to make me happy and Mark taught me how to use many of the new features and devices in the car. I could not ask for a better dealership.
