Contacted the dealership looking to purchase a 2nd vehicle that was more fuel efficient than my diesel truck. I originally spoke with Maria and then was assisted by Mark. From the first phone call everyone was kind and attentive to detail. Mark went above and beyond to ensure it was a seamless transaction for me and Joe the manager was there for any additional questions I had. Finance application was a breeze and I walked in and out of the dealership in an hour being that everything was in place prior to my arrival. Very pleased with the quality of service I received and happy with my “new” vehicle. Thank you Mark for all you did! I’d surely visit this dealership again for future automotive needs.
Derek in service is fantastic. We just bought a nice low mileage edge. It just happened that the water pump went out right after we bought it. (Cars break, that what they do once and awhile) Derek made sure we didn't have to come out of pocket for it, and took care of everything. Super nice guy. Oh, Sales guy, Arthur was fantastic as well! Highly recommend the sales and service folks here. (Not the body shop though..that's another story)
Firstly, I didn’t expect to ever have to write a review in my entire life but this place… just wow. I had my car towed there back at the end of February/beginning of March. It was not getting fuel to the engine. Wasn’t not sure why. I told Mike that so many times I lost track. The tow truck driver gave these people all the info they needed, they lost it. I gave it to them AGAIN, they lost it. So once more, gave it to someone other than Mike, magically, lost again. Finally it wasn’t lost, just wrote down wrong. The spelled my girlfriends name wrong, wrote my number down wrong so I was never called when it was finished. I had to called 3/4 times a week to even give them the okay to put parts on it. (Even tho i wasn’t even the owner of the car, but Mike didn’t even know who he was talking to cause he didn’t care to ask let alone write anything down) They wouldn’t tell me a price for the parts or how much it was even gonna be till we were told it was finished, so had zero idea what I was paying for. Then after we pick it up we have it for 2 days and we get a check engine light, the change oil light comes on and we have to take it back to get it looked at. Of course we choose somewhere else. Come to find out our tires are complete split and coming apart and ford failed to inform us so I’ve been driving around on tires that are split. These people don’t care about your safety at all.
Being in the auto industry and dealing with the parts department at at Jarrett Ford in Port Charlotte has always been a great experience. When the wife and I decided to purchase a new truck we gave them a go. The experience on the sales side working with Kaliegh as my salesperson was outstanding 5 stars would not do her justice it’s a shame that there aren’t more to give. Thanks to all the staff and team at Jarrett Ford of Charlotte County. Once again thank you Kaliegh for all your help you are a rare gem in the automotive industry.
