Good pizza! Online ordering makes it fast and easy. Watch for coupons in local mailers. Large shopping center parking lot with handicap spaces, but they share with a large grocery and other businesses, so it's limited availability at times.
The Detroit Style Deep Dish Supreme is a must try. Make sure you grab some Jet’s Sticks as well because they are cheesy and soft. Service is always amazing. Employees are always friendly. I literally have not had a bad pizza from here, even when I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza! Prices are reasonable and size of pizza can feed a family plus have left overs.
My order was perfect and delivered in a timely manor! But what really stood out was the driver, she was so sweet and professional! Hard to find smiling positive faces in food service anymore and she went above and beyond! Give her a raise! I wish I knew her name but she had glasses and piercings!
They DO NOT have their stuff together. Waited an hour for my food only to find out it was just sitting there the whole time. Had to give them my name twice. Girl at the counter taking orders I guess couldn't be bothered to check. Watch 2 others go through what I did as well. Needs better management. I can understand if it was understaffed or super busy but neither one of those were the case. Complete fail.... Then had to microwave everything at home. Tastes good tho.
???????? jet's Pizza is good. If you can get it delivered to you. You take an order. I use your little robot. That it said it was real smart. No problem with that. But honestly it doesn't know the time of day. So I want a store is closed taking somebody's orders. And you never delivered a pizza. Waited an hour and a half for something that was never being delivered. Store close early. But the computer keeps taking the orders. The most inconvenience pizza place I've ever deal with. Then I go into the store to talk to the little kids and the manager. And was treated like dirt. And looked at me as if it was my mistake. I will never deal with this company again. And again your pizza is way too high. A picture I ordered they wanted $35 for. I went to Little Caesars and yes they made that pizza and I got to eat. It cost me $25, for the same Pizza. The owner of the store should be moved those three from the counter. And as a business owner.
