Used them for years. Within the last 2 years they have cancelled every appointment we have made and we make our appointments when we leave for 6 months out. Then the call to reschedule and have done it multiple times and can’t get you back in for months. Absolutely disgusting.
Dental care was good up to the point where I had a filling done and within a week I started to have a lot of sensitivity to cold, then the pain started. I tried to get an appointment with the dentist and was told they had no appointments available, pain got worst, after a second call they gave me an appointment, almost three weeks out. This is after my wife told them i could not even eat solid food. She had to contact a different dentist, who got me in the next day. They found the tooth, filled by Kingsway Dental, was cracked in half. I had to get the tooth extracted. They are no longer my family dentists!
My name is Kirk Wiley. On March 30th 2020 I had a temporary crown installed and was told because of the virus my permanent crown would not be ready for a couple months. I immediately started to suffer from extreme pain and returned to the office after a week to be told there was nothing wrong but the pain continued so after the kingsway dental told me there was nothing they could do I went to another dentist who took multiple X-rays and said the tooth had cracked in the center and the pulp was exposed. The tooth had to be removed and was that day two weeks after the temporary crown had been installed. The following day I contacted kingsway dental to inform them that I no longer needed the crown. I had already paid $ 974. Up front and they told me my payment would be adjusted but not until June, so I waited. Now they want to keep the majority of the money claiming that the crown had been made when they told me it would be a couple months when the temporary crown was installed. Not only that but when I was in serious pain they offered no help and left me to suffer. After expressing my disappointment to the office manager I have not heard from the dentist or the owner. I suggest if you have work done here only pay what you have to because once they have your money they will ignore you. All I asked was or them to be fair and reasonable with me, so far nothing
I have Peg lateral incisors and opted to get porcelain veneers in February 2010 when I lived in Virginia. I have always had meticulous oral hygiene and I'm quite vain about my teeth, so I wanted to cry when the veneer chipped a little, then completely fell off Friday evening. ???? HOWEVER, I can say that I love my dentist (and all of his staff)!! I was worked in on Monday for an x-ray and exam, annnnd I was lucky enough to get worked in yesterday for an impression and temporary veneer. Dr. Paston rocks! He did the temporary completely by hand! The color is off, but it's the lightest shade they had. That's alright, though, it's way better than that stick ???? I go back in two to three weeks for the permanent veneer. Thank you, Dr. Paston and staff! ????❤ P.S. I have been going to Kingsway Dental for seven years with regular cleanings/exams every six months. Couldn't be happier with my care.
