If you're looking for ideal dental office this is this - "Dentist of Port Charlotte"- from the very nice ambience when you walk in, welcoming atmosphere, cleanliness from the front desk to the restrooms, also ability to make and edit appointments online all perfect..! I was lucky to be able to get appointment with dentist Amelia Crawford, she made me feel very comfortable, I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions... also the staff - Nick and Nicole were very attentive and made me feel that they are there just for me..! ???????????? I am going to dentists regularly for years and years - this is the far best office I have luck to go...???? Only one thing is making me sad - I am moving out from the area and I won't to be able to continue to see them...????
I'm terrified to go to a dentist because the sound of drilling, and past experiences etc... Let me tell you, I was comfortable. The Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. The building was articulate, and the atomesphere was welcoming. My teeth are the cleanest they've ever been. The Best Experience I've had at a dentist in my life. I highly recommend, and am personally looking forward to my next cleaning.
I went to see Dr Perez as a new pt because I broke my tooth. The staff got me an appt within a day to get me fixed up. From the minute I walked in I felt at ease. I have major anxiety, but the whole process from beginning to end was awesome. The staff even stayed late to make sure my new crown was perfect. I finally found a dentist I look forward to seeing again. A special thanks to Nick the assistant who kept me calm the whole time. LOVE LOVE LOVE this office!❤️❤️❤️
Very poor customer service. I had just broken a tooth, and I wanted to get it taken care ASAP. After calling their office several times during the day, it rings for a long time, someone finally answered. The receptionist was courteous and gave me a 4:00pm appointment. It was followed up by an email confirmation for 4:00pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and stood at an empty front desk waiting for someone to come out for several minutes. I finally walked around the corner to an office area to get someone to check me in. The receptionist checked the computer, and I was told I missed my appointment it was for 3:00pm. I showed my 4:00pm confirmation and was told that we probably overbooked. She went on to explain I couldn't get treatment today anyway, because they close at 5:00 and there wouldn't be enough time for treatment. Why did they make the appointment if their policy is to shut down early? They knew my issue? She offered to reschedule my appointment. She was very curt and unapologetic. At that point, I explained I'll go to another dentist that appreciates my business and money and walked out. Not even an ounce of remorse. I believe this is just another one of those "Cookie Cutter" Dentistry offices where you're just a number. I guess the dentistry is good, but the welcome mat is tainted.
I was seen in July of 2022 for two wisdom teeth to be removed and the first appointment went very smooth. I disliked the fact that I was told a cost for treatment prior to them contacting my insurance first so I ended up paying more for my treatment than was necessary amd spent a lot of time going back and forth with office staff trying to get this resolved and corrected. I very much disliked how after being put under sedation for the first time to not have anyone monitor me for more than a few minutes before being sent home. I unfortunately will not be going back after this visit due to my treatment I hope since my visit the office e is running smoother.
