Rob is the best! Very knowledgeable, honest and responsive. Professional and personable. We are new to the area. This is a difficult time for so many people in our community.. Robert Douglas made an accurate assessment of the original equipment in our home. We had four competitive bids on replacing two HVAC systems. They were not the cheapest bid. As snowbirds we needed help after the ac compresser went out. When I talked to Rob I felt at ease, like I was talking to my son. No bs, straight forward and knowledgeable. Work performed neatly and on schedule. I would recommend talking to Rob if you need work.
Rob came within a day of contacting him for an estimate. His estimate was more than fair. He explained exactly in detail what he planned on doing. He was very thorough in explaining everything. He was very professional. On the day of installation, he came on time and did a wonderful job. This was for my rental and my tenants said the was very professional and a lovely man. They are very happy with the new AC system and so are we! We plan on using him again for another one of our properties. In less than a week of initial contact, we have a brand new 16 SEER 3 ton unit up in the attic! 10 plus stars.
