Hats off to Kyle at Martin Air who walked me through getting my A/C back up and running on a rainy Friday night. He was willing to jump in his truck and drive 25 minutes to help. However, through facetime he walked me through every possible scenario and was able to solve the problem. He is a great guy and a super employee! This is a great company. They installed a new unit for me last year and also several of my friends.
We recently purchased a home and the previous owner had a maintenance contract with Martin Air. The unit has been well maintained and worked properly when we moved in in May. The unit stopped cooling due to a problem with the disconnect in the attic on a Saturday evening. I located the maintenance information the previous owner left and called Martin Air. Within 15 minutes of my call, Eric arrived and was in the attic diagnosing the problem. Within 5 minutes he was able to get the unit working and referred me to an electrician to make a permanent repair. The charge for a Saturday evening service call was reasonable and the response time was incredible. Thank you Eric for the fast professional response! *Update The above review is the first and only review I have ever posted. This update is the second, thats how pleased I have been with Eric and his team. Fast forward 2 years, Eric and his team were able to keep our system running through an annual service contract and stretched the life of the system when it probably should have been replaced a couple years ago. We started having problems with the system keeping up with the recent hot weather. We were coming up on the annual service. I called Eric and he scheduled our service for the following day. Craig showed up on time and started the service. He is a car guy so we got to chat about our project cars while he was working, this has nothing to do with the AC system but I love to talk cars so it was a bonus for me. As he started cleaning the outside unit, the coil began to flake apart on the bottom and we both agreed I probably got 2 more years out of it than I should have. He quoted me a price for a complete system replacement that was very reasonable and put us on the schedule for Wednesday, this was on Friday morning. I mention this because everything is 3 weeks out due to supply and I was surprised they could do it so quickly. Jason showed up half an hour early Wednesday morning with the new system. He told me he would be finished by 2:30. He finished an hour early and the system works perfectly. Thank you all for the professional courteous service, its hard to find these days. We couldn't be happier, you wont go wrong here. Don't hesitate to call them.
Outstanding people and service! A/C stopped working. Called Martin’s Air and Eric Martin answered and said Craig would be out in 2 to 3 hours. Craig arrived in 2 hours, discovered the motor had gone out on the outside condenser. Craig gave a couple of options; we opted for a new system. (old system 20 yrs.) Craig installed a working motor so we would have air until installation. Jason, the installer, arrived 20 min. early on the scheduled date. He was extremely nice, professional and answered any questions. Craig came back after installation to make sure we were happy and he also made friends with my skittish dog. We are extremely happy with Martin’s Air and would most definitely use them again.
South West Florida is lucky to have a company like Martin air. Very professional, very courteous and on time. I have had the opportunity to meet the owner (Eric Martin) on a very late night service call. Was impressed with the work and the owner. So when I had another problem with the unit I immediately called them for their input. And after a long discussion with Sean Weekes there GM and service guy decided to replace the ac unit and air handler. Sean was GREAT. He explained all the options available to me. After installed Sean was back the next day and did the final setup made sure everything was right. Even cleaned my vent covers in the house. Very impressed with there work. I would highly recommend them for your air-conditioning needs.
