Sean was great. He was professional, informative, and friendly. He quickly got us an estimate for 2 AC units for our rental property. He followed up with us, explained everything, then had i the 2 units installed within a couple of days. That is great service! I would highly recommend Dales Air Conditioning and Heating.
Dustin knew immediately why our AC unit was leaking water. He did what he could the day we called and explained what more needed to be done. When I said I had a mold allergy, he also recommended a UV air purifier. The next business day, the 2 service techs came on time and repaired the system and installed the UV light in the air handler. They did a good job.
We needed a new a/c installed plus all new ductwork and Dales made it happen right before Christmas so we could have family over. We definitely needed it then for the heat. Got our air conditioning working fast but say it needs a relay switch and one would need to be ordered. Week later he came back to install the relay switch. He said the part & labor was still under warranty however he charged me another trip to our house to install the part. I don't think that's fair to charge another trip because he didn't have one on his truck or at the shop warehouse. Therefore I feel as if I got charged twice the price (2 service calls) because they were out of stock.
I called Dale's on 10/10 and spoke to Donna about 2PM after power was restored but clearly our A/C was not cooling. Suprisingly she sent Dustin right out the next day, sadly just as he started working our power went back out, like the great folks they are they fit me in the sched for the following day (hoping FPL would be repaired.) Dustin returned and sadly Ian had fried our system. Parts needed to be ordered and were expected in on 10/14. Dennis and a teammate arrived after 7:45PM as my part came in late and they worked for sometime close to 9:15PM and got our A/C restored! Dale's installed my unit in 2016 and has been the ONLY company to touch it. They gave me the BEST price for a unit the was more than enough for my home (to allow for room expansion) but not TOO BIG, they also only provided me with quotes on mfgs who had rebates at the time and GAVE ME OPTIONS, time to think and answered my questions. I have a great, trusting relationship with Dale's. This is my 1st home and A/C unit. I cannot recommend that you call any other company to service your A/C & HVAC needs.
