I had to get a hot water tank replaced. I called Titanz and they setup the appointment within 2 days. At first there was a little bit of a discrepancy with the payment but Garrett made it right and got me a much more reasonable rate for the service. He and Matt came in changed out the tank and we’re very tactful with their service. If I need plumbing work again I’d call Titanz and ask specifically for Garrett and Matt. Your skill is appreciated!
Alex came out and explained the re-pipe process. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable of the process. The office staff was very helpful in setting up the install date and time. The crew of Alex, BK, Caleb, Mark and Chuck showed up on the install date and went right to work. Each of them knew their specific job and were very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. After the install Alex walked us through and showed us the work that was done and answered any questions. Excellent work by all the guys. Highly recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Titanz Plumbing. I had a routine maintenance on my AC done. The technician was on time as confirmed the night before. He was very thorough. He was also very knowledgeable and made very practical suggestions that I appreciated. I was happy to hear that they are a 24/7 company and that they offer very reasonably rated maintenance packages. I initially used them a year ago to repipe my entire house. That was a huge job that was done so expediently. It was an invasive job with drywall being cut open. It was done as neatly as possible with minimal drywall replacement. They were recommended by a former employee of theirs. That says a lot in itself!! I highly recommend them for both AC and plumbing.
Titanz did a water heater replacement recently. They were fair, honest, and timely. Communications was excellent. Received a text and a phone call when in route. The Caleb did the install and he was cordial and happy and liked his job. He did an outstanding job. The workmanship in the install was excellent and the job site was left spotless.
Overall, great experience with Titanz Plumbing & AC. Both with the office communications/follow-up and the guys that did the install, Alex and Joe. I called on a Friday morning and was able to get an appt the same day. We ended up having a defective hybrid hot water heater that needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty and the guys were able to get a new one immediately and installed it that afternoon for a very reasonable price. The entire job was very quick and completed within a few hours. Both guys were very professional and courteous, keeping me informed of the progress. We did have a small non emergency issue over the weekend (no fault of Titanz), which Alex and Joe quickly resolved on Monday. Overall, a great experience and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs, as well as, highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing.
