On this hot Labor Day weekend in paradise, my air conditioner stopped working. Dave Pino, of Pino air conditioning called me back almost immediately after I left a message. Dave was able to talk me through the repair on the phone. He continued to help me with advise to prevent further issues. How is that for great customer service. Fast and efficient. Was able to repair our A/C on the spot with the necessary parts on his truck. Also had a remote thermostat available to upgrade our old one on the spot.
