Simply put, I called on Monday for a new 4 ton system installation. Josh arrived Tuesday AM to look at the job. He said the guys would be on site Wednesday 0800-0830 to start. Dean & Bill arrived 0805 and had already scoped it out and started. It was in a tight fit area and 10’ overhead. These two guys were fast and efficient, with Josh showing up personally to help hoist the unit above. Josh stayed for a short while to insure that Dean and Bill had everything they needed, and he was off to see a few more customers. Dean and Bill worked together like they were lifetime partners and wrapped it up by noon. Hot and dirty, they didn’t complain once and left the site immaculate. I had to PUSH water on them. Excellent men, excellent technicians, and good people. Total Comfort as a Company was recommended by my Trane Equip. Distributor , and I’m thankful I followed up with them.
I have always dealt with Josh Wogen as the representative of Total Comfort and would recommend everyone to do the same! Honest, reliable, highest quality of workmanship and materials available and fair, reasonable prices around. The workers have been with the company for a long time which says a lot to me. They are on time, hardworking and most pleasant to have around!
My husband and I had a new AC system installed at our house. We had to wait till the insurance company approved us for a new ac system installed. Josh was the one that set us up for the install. He was very professional and was concerned that we hadn't had air since the hurricane. Sam and his helper did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work done.
Sam and Rafael replaced my antiquated air ducts in the attic and replaced several old ceiling vents and made a new vent in my living room. They were professional, courteous and very nice. And left the work site clean! And Josh kept me updated on when my work would be done via texts! So pleased with this company.....thank you!
These guys were great. They arrived approximately 8:30am & informed me they would be done by 1:00pm. They were organized & fully prepared. I had a pleasant conversation with both gentlemen as they worked on replacing my AC. Not only did they do an exceptional job, but they actually completed the repair by 1:00pm. I would highly recommend this company.
